Privacy Policy

DueIn is operated by DuJuan Moore, doing business as DueIn. We collect only what the service needs:

• Account information — your email address and sign-in credentials.
• Invoice and customer data you enter — customer names, email addresses, invoice amounts, due dates, and descriptions.
• Stripe connection status — your connected Stripe account ID and whether it can accept charges. We never see your bank details.
• Subscription status — your plan and billing state, provided by Stripe.

We use this data to run the service: sending reminder emails to your customers on your behalf, creating payment links, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, and authentication).
• Stripe (payment links, connected accounts, and subscription billing).
• Resend (delivering reminder emails).

Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy and only as needed to provide its service.

Reminder emails are transactional messages about a real invoice, sent on your behalf. Every reminder includes a footer noting it was sent by DueIn on behalf of your service provider, and reminders stop automatically once an invoice is paid.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember how you found us (for example a referral code or ad campaign tag). On our public website we may use the Meta Pixel to measure our own advertising: it shares page views and sign-up/subscription events with Meta Platforms. It is not loaded for visitors in the EU, UK or Switzerland. You can opt out by blocking third-party cookies or emailing us.

We keep your data while your account is active. To export or delete your data — including the customer contact details you entered — email dujuanm2518@gmail.com and we will take care of it. Deleting your account removes your invoices and scheduled reminders.
