Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Who we are

DueIn is operated by DuJuan Moore, a sole proprietor doing business as DueIn ("DueIn", "we", "us"). You can reach us at dujuanm2518@gmail.com or by mail at 5532 Jackson St, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

2. The service

DueIn helps solo tradespeople chase unpaid invoices. You enter invoice and customer details; DueIn generates a Stripe payment link and sends reminder emails to your customer on your behalf on a schedule you can see in the app.

Because reminders are sent on your behalf, you are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you enter and for having the right to contact your customers about them. Only add customers who owe you a genuine debt and who would reasonably expect to hear from you.

3. Payments and Stripe

Invoice payments are processed by Stripe directly into your own connected Stripe account. DueIn never holds, touches, or takes a cut of your invoice payments. Disputes, refunds, and chargebacks are between you, your customer, and Stripe, and are your responsibility.

4. Subscription and billing

DueIn itself costs $7 per month or $59 per year after a 14-day free trial (no card required for the trial). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal in Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use DueIn to send spam, harass anyone, or chase debts you have no right to collect. Where the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) or similar laws apply to your use, you are responsible for complying with them. DueIn is a reminder tool, not a collection agency, and does not provide legal advice.

6. Limitation of liability

DueIn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DueIn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, unpaid invoices, or failed email delivery — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can stop using DueIn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. When an account ends, scheduled reminders stop and payment links may be deactivated.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
